Website terms of use
These terms cover your use of inkclient.com. They are not the agreement for our service. If you sign up as a customer, a separate service agreement covers the work, the price and the terms, and that agreement wins if the two ever disagree.
Who we are
InkClient is a product of Bonehead Digital, a sole trader business operated by Thomas Hablous in New Zealand. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means anyone using this site.
Using this site
You may read this site, share links to it, and get in touch with us. You may not copy our text, images or code for your own business, try to break into the site, scrape it, or use it to send us anything unlawful or abusive.
What is on this site
We keep the site accurate, but it is a description of a service, not a promise about results. Prices shown are in Australian dollars, exclude the ad spend you pay to Meta, and can change. Nothing here is advice about your business. Anything we say about how the service performs is based on how it is built to work, not a guarantee of bookings, revenue or any other outcome.
The demonstration conversation on this site is an illustration, not a real client exchange.
Getting in touch
When you send us an enquiry, you are asking us to contact you. You are not signing up to anything and you owe us nothing. We aim to reply within one business day.
Our work and our brand
The InkClient name, the text, the design and the code on this site belong to us. Tattoo photography belongs to the artist who made the work and is used with their permission.
Other people's sites
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for what is on it.
If something goes wrong
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, and our total liability for anything connected with this site is limited to NZ$100.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986, or under the Australian Consumer Law, where those rights apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts deal with any dispute about them. If you are in Australia, this does not take away rights you have under Australian law.
